Brian requested something with chocolate and peanut butter so my mother-in-law suggested Buckeyes. I made them for the first time today and they were a tad tedious with all the dough-rolling and chocolate-dipping. But on the plus side there's no baking. Here's the recipe I used and here's a picture of them in the freezer bag. The recipe site has a pretty good picture too.
